Do I need a fishing licence for the lake?

No fishing licence is required for the lake. You are also allowed to bring and use an electric motor for your boat.

Are pets allowed in the holiday home?

Dogs are very welcome by prior arrangement.

Is firewood available on site?

Upon arrival, we provide one large box of firewood (55 litres) free of charge

Additional firewood can be purchased on site. Several boxes are available in the dandruff.

Price per box: €10

Is electricity included in the rental price?

Electricity is not included in the rental price.

Billing is based on actual consumption and is to be paid in cash upon departure (either in euros or Swedish kronor).

Preis: 0,30 € pro kWh

What facilities are available for children?

We have also made sure that our younger guests are well catered for:

  • Two children’s bicycles in different sizes
  • Life jackets for children
  • A selection of board games, dice and card games
  • Children’s books
  • A high chair for toddlers
  • In winter, two sledges for outdoor fun

How does check-in work?

Arrival is possible from 4:00 pm. Earlier arrival can be arranged by prior agreement.

The key is kept in a key safe. Guests will receive the code before arrival.

On the day of arrival, we also provide a personal handover to answer any questions and explain important information.

Can I cancel my booking?

Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival. Any payments already made will be fully refunded in this case.

After the 60-day period, the following cancellation fees apply:

  • From 59 days before arrival: 50% of the total price
  • From 30 days before arrival: 80% of the total price
  • From 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total price

We kindly ask that you inform us as early as possible in the event of a cancellation. We also recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.

What is already provided in the holiday home?

Upon arrival, the following basic supplies are provided:

  • Freshly made beds
  • Fresh towels in the bathroom
  • Kitchen towels
  • Toilet paper and kitchen roll
  • Spices, flour, sugar, and cooking oil

These items are included regardless of the bedding package booked.
