A certain amount of firewood is provided free of charge.
If you need more, additional wood can be purchased on site.
Inside the house, a fireplace also creates a cosy atmosphere – ideal for quiet evenings after a day by the lake or in the forest.

Welcome to our nature house at Lake Björksjön – a cosy holiday home by the lake in Bergslagen that offers exactly what you hope for in Sweden: peace, forest and the lake close by..
With around 75 m² of space, the house comfortably accommodates up to 5 guests – mit – with two bedrooms,an open living area and a fully equipped kitchenwhere you can cook and relax just like at home.
Especially enjoyable are the bathroom with underfloor heating,cosy evenings by the fireplace, and of course Wi-Fi and German TV. Firewood is ready for you, so your Swedish evenings can be exactly as they should be.
We also rent out the holiday home during the winter months – perfect for sauna evenings, snowy forests, and cosy evenings by the fireplace.

Arrival and departure are always on Saturdays.
To keep everything relaxed, we rent the house on a weekly basis (Saturday to Saturday).
Of course, we are always available if you have any questions.

We are the Hilbert family – Sweden lovers at heart.
For several years now, we have been living in the Bergslagen region of Sweden. We have been renting out our holiday home for five years and continue to develop it with great attention to detail.
We have deliberately invested in renovation, furnishings and comfort to create a place that stands out from the rest. High standards of cleanliness, cosy design and a relaxed atmosphere ensure that our guests feel at home right away – and can fully enjoy their holiday in Sweden.

May – September- Final cleaning: 70 €
- Final cleaning per dog: €25 (dogs only on prior request)
- Firewood: €10 per box, to be paid on departure based on usage
- Electricity is not included in the rental price and is charged based on usage, payable in cash on departure (Euro or Krona): €0.30 / kWh
- Towels and bed linen can be added on request Bed linen: €12 per person Towels: €8 per person
Low Season
15. Jan – April & Okt. – 15. Dez.- Final cleaning: 70 €

Yes, a fully equipped sauna is available and ready for relaxing days.
How far is the lake?
It’s only a 5-minute walk. In winter, when the trees have no leaves, you can even see the lake.
Is the property visible from the road?
No, the property cannot be seen from the road, ensuring wonderful peace and privacy
Is it quiet?
Yes, it’s very peaceful. You’ll only hear the wind in the treetops, birds singing, and the gentle sound of waves at the shore.
